It was a reliable pick for a passing visit in Merida and great for the money. The bell boys were super helpful with local info and made our stay easier. Check out the nearby coffee shop for a good snack and fast wifi.

I loved lounging by the swimming pool-it perfectly balanced sun and shade for that blissful relaxation. The garden area offered tranquility with blooming flowers and serene vibes. Renaldo and Fernando from the staff were the cherry on top, ensuring we felt right at home during our stay!

I really enjoyed my stay in a spacious Deluxe Double Room with delightful interior design. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with tour bookings, and the mornings by the charming courtyard were lovely. The hotel's perfect location allows easy access to the vibrant heart of the city. One downside was the lack of hot water during my first day, which could use improvement.
